“In 2002, Arnold Olson Associates provided strategic planning, board development and fundraising expertise as the Community Health Free Clinic (CHFC) was established. Since that time, with Helen’s leadership, the organization completed three successful major fundraising campaigns and developed a strong business strategy. These efforts have allowed the organization to grow from providing free medical care two evenings per week to a clinic open 6 days per week that provides free medical, dental, eye and prescription services to the uninsured and underserved in east central Iowa.
Most recently, Arnold Olson Associates facilitated a visionary strategic plan process. This plan is the map that will guide the Clinic’s management and board as we move forward.
